I am very excited to be working with you!  Like you, I wear a number of hats, i.e., county executive, wife, mother, grandmother, coach, trainer, and business owner.  With more than 30 years of state and county leadership experience under my belt, 10 years in the private sector, a Master of Arts with a specialization in Organizational Leadership and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation, I am very pleased to share with you many of the things that I learned along the way!
